Landscaped grounds include a lighthouse-themed private outdoor pool, a poolside cabana, a hot tub and an in-ground soaking tub. A four-story tower offers views from the ocean to the sound. Eight bedrooms are arranged across three levels. The two first-level ensuite bedrooms are reached by spiral staircases from level two or from outside. Several upper-level bedrooms have deck access. Level two includes a recreation room with a pool table and wet bar, a theater room with a wet bar, and laundry facilities. Level three has the great room, kitchen, dining area and office. An elevator is available, but steps or thresholds may be required to reach it. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, streaming TV, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, municipal water, outdoor furniture, a gas grill, an outdoor shower and five beach chairs are provided.
