## About the house

The main level has an open-plan great room with lake-facing windows, hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings and a fireplace that is unavailable during summer. The equipped kitchen includes a microwave and oven/stove. The dining table seats eight, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. An adjacent deck has an outdoor grill, and an enclosed porch provides another sitting area.

The main-level primary suite has a queen bed, TV and private bathroom. An upstairs loft leads to a second primary suite with a queen bed, TV, private bathroom, skylight, vaulted ceiling and jetted tub. Two lower-level bedrooms contain two twin beds and one queen bed respectively.

The lower-level family room has a pool table, TV and wet bar with a mini-fridge. The patio has a hot tub. Outdoors are a fire pit, picnic table and wooden swing. Stairs and a somewhat steep path lead to the waterfront and private dock, with opportunities for swimming, fishing and boating. Dock use is subject to weather, water levels and other natural factors.

Free Wi-Fi, heating, a washer/dryer and free parking are available. Guests have membership access to the off-property Community Aquatic Recreation Complex (CARC), including its indoor pool and fitness facilities. Wisp Resort is a 15-minute drive away and offers skiing, snow tubing, mountain biking, zip lining and mountain coaster rides. Restaurants, shops, state parks and other activities are nearby.
