## About the house

Dream Come True is a private three-bedroom beachfront villa in Devers Bay. The upper level has an open great room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living space, screened sliding glass doors, a covered deck and a sun terrace. The villa has three bedrooms with queen beds and en-suite bathrooms: two upper-level bedrooms have private outside entrances, ocean views and outdoor garden showers, while the lower-level bedroom has a private deck, an ocean view and an interior tiled shower. The private pool and hot tub are on the upper level, away from the bedrooms. A staircase leads to a secluded pebble beach with direct access. The kitchen includes a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dinnerware and utensils. Indoor dining seats six, outdoor dining seats four to six, and there is a breakfast bar. Linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler are provided. A generator is available for unexpected power outages.

The private pool and hot tub are on the upper level, positioned away from the bedrooms. The pool has ocean views.

The villa is in Devers Bay on the south shore of St. John, with direct access to a secluded pebble beach via stairs. Cruz Bay is two to three miles away. All roads to the villa are paved, but the driveway is very steep and a four-wheel-drive jeep rental is required. Parking is available for two vehicles. The villa has upper and lower levels and stairs to the lower level.

A 12.5% hotel tax, 5% service charge and a $59 non-refundable damage waiver apply. The waiver covers up to the first $500 of accidental damage when damage is reported while on the island; damage above $500 is the guest's responsibility. A minimum number of nights may apply for arrivals on December 23, 24 or 25 during the Christmas/New Year period.

A four-wheel-drive jeep rental is required because the driveway is very steep.
