Developed by Paul Trousdale, this home has over 3,000 square feet and West Elm furniture and decor throughout. The open-plan living area has a stone fireplace and connects to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. High ceilings and walls of glass connect the indoor and outdoor spaces. The home has an updated climate-control system, high-speed internet access and five smart televisions. All four bedrooms have hotel-quality mattresses, a flatscreen TV and storage. The completely walled grounds include a pool with an integrated spa and tanning deck, an outdoor shower, bocce ball, and a pavilion with outdoor dining, lounge seating, a fire feature and a built-in barbecue cooking station with a bar. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, ice maker and cooking utensils. A washer, dryer, linens, towels, hair dryer and iron with ironing board are provided.
