The house

Downtown Haven has a light-filled open-plan living and dining area with modern furnishings, a Smart TV and books. New Regent Street, Cathedral Square, the Christchurch Tram, cafés and restaurants are moments away.

The kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stovetop, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker and sandwich maker. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a king bed, and bedroom 3 has a queen bed. There are two bathrooms, with bath and shower facilities, vanities, and an additional toilet.

Wi-Fi is available throughout, along with ducted heating and cooling. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Linen is included: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels are supplied, with pillows and duvets provided. Beds are made before arrival and stripped after departure.

The apartment has secure access and is on the seventh floor, reached by lift. Off-street parking is available via a shared driveway. A garden/patio is among the available facilities. There is no pool or hot tub, and pets are not permitted.
