## About the house

Downtown Delight is the second of two holiday homes on one section. The attached front dwelling, Townside Treat, is separately bookable and is not included in this stay. This home has its own driveway and a carport for one vehicle.

The two bedrooms contain one queen bed and two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, bath, hand basin and toilet. A ground-floor bedroom is available. Linen is included, with sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels supplied. Pillows and duvets are provided, and beds are made before arrival and stripped after departure.

The lounge has a woodfire, smart TV and a selection of books. Free Wi-Fi, heating and a heat pump are available. The full kitchen includes a microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron. Outside are a garden/patio, deck and barbecue. There is no pool or hot tub.

The lakefront is a five-minute walk away, the nearest supermarket is less than a five-minute walk away, and Cardrona ski field is just under 30 minutes away by car. Nearby restaurants and cafes offer dining options.
