## About the house

The 138-square-metre home is spread over four floors. The sitting room contains a grandfather clock, stone frieze pieces, leather chairs and a fireplace. The kitchen has white cabinets, a sloping skylight and a dining table, with glass doors opening onto a private paved garden bordered by climbing flowers and furnished with a bench.

The first floor has a bathroom and the master bedroom with a contemporary ensuite. The second bedroom is on the second floor and has one king-size bed. Each bedroom has one bed. The second bedroom's bed has changed since the photoshoot.

Kitchen equipment includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave and toaster. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels, television and sound system are provided. There are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Free internet is available.

There is no air conditioning. Fans are provided in each bedroom between May and September; request fans for stays outside this period. Train noise can be heard indoors, particularly during the day.

The home spans four floors with no internal elevator. Some noise from the nearby train station can be heard indoors, particularly during the day. Scaffolding on a property opposite and a few doors down may cause noise inside the front of the home and street activity; completion is expected by May 2026.

Babies, toddlers and children are not accepted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellations less than five days before arrival receive no refund.
