The outdoor area has a private chlorine pool measuring 10 × 5 metres, with depths of 1.6–1.8 metres. Lawn and terrace surround the pool, with eight sun loungers and a wooden structure for outdoor breakfasts and barbecues. A separate large terrace sits on the other side of the house.
The open-plan kitchen, living and dining area includes a ceramic hob and satellite TV. Air conditioning serves this area and all four bedrooms. The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The first floor has one twin bedroom and one double bedroom, each with an en-suite shower bathroom. The second floor has a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a separate ground-floor toilet.
Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, cot and high chair are available. Exterior parking accommodates three cars.
