House rules
No smoking. No pets, even for short visits; violations may result in termination of the tenancy. Sunday check-in and checkout. Guests are responsible for replenishing paper products, trash bags and soaps beyond the Welcome Program starter supplies.
Getting there
Sand Dollar Shores Beach Access is a short stroll down the street, using the community walkway at the street-end cul-de-sac. Duck Village is within walking or biking distance. Parking is limited to three vehicles. The Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.
