## About the house

The house occupies a fenced plot with an approximately 50 m² garden and a 32 m² terrace furnished for outdoor dining, with a portable barbecue. The saltwater pool measures 6 × 4 metres and has four sun loungers alongside it.

The terrace opens into a sitting-dining room with a sofa, a dining table for six and television with Spanish and German channels only. The separate equipped kitchen includes a microwave and oven/stove. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. The house runs on solar energy.

There are three bedrooms: a ground-floor double bedroom with garden access, an upstairs double bedroom and an upstairs bedroom with a bunk bed comprising a lower double and upper single. There are two shower bathrooms, one on each floor. A cot is available.

Son Serra de Marina has a pharmacy, a small supermarket and restaurants. Its natural beach is a mixture of sand and rocks and may have seaweed, particularly in the low season. There are no sunbed or sunshade rentals on that beach. Can Picafort, with a sandy beach, restaurants, bars and beach-equipment rentals, is about ten minutes away by car.

The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
