House rules
No smoking. Bed and bath linens are not provided. Check-in and check-out are on Saturdays. For 2026 and 2027, up to two dogs are permitted, with no weight limit; cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken.
Getting there
The home is semi-oceanfront, one lot from the beach, with ocean views and easy beach access. The beach access is Porpoise Point North Access. Parking is limited to five vehicles.
