## About the house

Dolphins Watch accommodates up to 11 guests and has two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. All four bedrooms are on Level 2: two rooms each have a queen bed, one has two twin beds and a trundle, and one has two twin-over-twin bunk sets. Level 2 also has a full bathroom with a standing shower, another with a shower/tub combination, and covered decks. Level 3 contains the great room, kitchen, dining area, half bathroom and open decks.

The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and pillows and blankets are provided. Bed and bath linens are not provided. Entertainment includes multiple TVs/DVDs; cable TV is offered for 2026 and streaming TV for 2027.

Outdoor facilities include furniture, five beach chairs, a charcoal grill, basketball hoop, volleyball, an outdoor shower and fish-cleaning sink. Community facilities include tennis courts, pickleball courts and beach access. The home is close to Corolla shopping and dining, with parking for five vehicles.

Saturday check-in is at 4:00 pm and Saturday check-out is at 10:00 am. Optional early check-in at 1:00 pm is subject to limited availability and costs $195 plus tax.
