Dolphin Point Club 212PH is a 4,561-square-foot corner residence with indoor-outdoor living and panoramic ocean views through floor-to-ceiling hurricane-rated windows. The great room connects the living, dining and gourmet kitchen areas. A private study can be used for remote work, reading or additional accommodation. The covered balcony is more than 1,000 square feet and includes lounging and dining areas overlooking the water. The residence accommodates up to 10 guests, with a maximum of 8 adults; the queen sleeper sofa in the study is suitable for children.

Sleeping arrangements include two king-bed primary suites and two guest bedrooms with one king bed and one queen bed. The residence has access to three pools, a natural saltwater lagoon, a hot tub, an on-site restaurant, a fitness center, room service, spa treatments, covered parking, elevators and 24/7 gated security. It is near multiple dive sites.
