The 1,500-square-foot home has vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, an open-concept great room and ocean views from nearly every room. The dining area seats six. Sliding glass doors connect the living room to a private lanai and yard with outdoor seating, dining space and a BBQ.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and utensils, coffee maker and grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker and ice machine. All three bedrooms have split air conditioning and ceiling fans. The primary bedroom has a garden view, space for a crib or pack-and-play and an ensuite bathroom. Both full bathrooms have walk-in showers.

Facilities include a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV and satellite or cable television. Beach towels, beach chairs and an outdoor shower are provided. The home has a private entrance, free onsite parking and smart-lock self check-in. Safety equipment includes a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detector and outdoor lighting.

Beach access, Laie Point lookout, a local cafe and a small market are accessible on foot.
