## About the house

The home accommodates up to 10 guests in four middle-level bedrooms, with two full shared bathrooms and a top-level half bathroom. Two bedrooms have deck access. The sleeping inventory consists of two king beds, one queen bed and two twin-over-twin bunk sets.

The top floor has a furnished great room with a home theater system, a kitchen, a dining area and a smaller table for extra seating or games. The ocean-view deck is gated. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers.

Outside are a private outdoor pool, a covered deck with a hot tub, a fenced landscaped yard, a basketball hoop, volleyball court, charcoal grill and outdoor shower. The pool is gated, measures 14x32, and has published 2026 opening dates of April 26–October 10. Five beach chairs and outdoor furniture are provided.

Central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, multiple TVs/DVDs, surround sound, ceiling fans, municipal water, laundry facilities, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board are provided. Entry is keyless. Parking accommodates five vehicles.

The community beach walkway is directly across the street. Duck Village’s shops, eateries and soundside boardwalk are within strolling distance, and Duck Town Park is nearby.

The Duck Ridge Shores community beach walkway is directly across the street. The home is semi-oceanfront, with ocean views. Duck Village’s shops, eateries and soundside boardwalk are within strolling distance. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.

All pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. Two pets are permitted; up to two extra pets are allowed for $100 plus tax/week. Dogs have no weight limit; cats are not allowed. No smoking is marked as new for 2027. Sunday check-in and Sunday check-out.
