## About the house

The condo accommodates up to 10 guests with three bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The main-level primary bedroom has a king bed, gas fireplace, deck access and a private bathroom with a shower. On the lower level, a second primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, gas fireplace, patio access and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The lower-level guest bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a private bathroom with a shower. A bonus room provides a queen sleeper sofa and rollaway bed, plus a TV, Wii, DVD player and board games.

The living area has a gas fireplace, 55-inch Smart TV and Sonos soundbar. The kitchen includes high-end appliances, a copper sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware and dishes. The dining table seats seven, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. A wine cooler, propane grill and four-person outdoor dining table support meals on the back deck.

A ski room has boot dryers, storage benches and ski and snowboard racks. Other facilities include a washer, dryer, free Wi-Fi, heating, linens, towels and starter kitchen, laundry and bathroom essentials. The home does not have air conditioning. Driveway parking is limited to one vehicle.

Four-wheel drive is required during winter. Ski access uses the stairs behind the house to reach a green groomed run; stop at Madison Village for lessons or continue to Six Shooter Lifts for full mountain access. Return via Lazy Jack. Early- and late-season ski-in/ski-out access depends on conditions and may vary during your stay. Driveway parking is limited to one vehicle.

Maximum nighttime occupancy is 10. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions of existing stays require contacting the Guest Experience team to confirm availability and complete the reservation. Date-dependent minimum-stay restrictions apply.
