## About the house

This 4,300-square-foot, three-level home was renovated and expanded in 2017. The foyer opens toward large rear windows and lake views.

The main level has open-plan living, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an island seating three, a butler’s pantry converted into a coffee bar, and a dining room seating eight. The living area has a large sectional and TV, with an additional eat-in area seating six. A reading area has a leather sofa and a take-one bookshelf for adults and children. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet.

Upstairs are a queen-and-bunk family bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a king bedroom, and a bunk room. The lower level has a twin bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette and game room with a convertible air-hockey, ping-pong and pool table. Bedrooms include linens, towels, pillows and comforters.

Outdoor facilities include a side deck, grill, flagstone patio with a built-in fire pit, and a private dock with sectional seating and a large lake-swimming platform. Kayaks, stand-up paddleboards and a variety of life jackets are available for guest use. The dock can accommodate several watercraft. Heating, TV, a crib and an ironing board are also provided. Self-check-in is available via keypad.

The home has direct Lake Norman access via a private dock and swimming platform. Water depth varies naturally. Consult Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems and depth maps, together with your vessel’s specifications, before navigating to the dock. Onsite parking is limited to five cars; no grass or street parking is allowed.

The booking guest must be at least 25 years old. All people, including infants, children and visitors, count toward the maximum occupancy of 16, which must not be exceeded at any time. Events, group gatherings and parties are prohibited. Pets are not permitted; unauthorized pets may incur a fine. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking-related damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and noise levels; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Interior fireplaces are unavailable for guest use. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
