House rules
No smoking. Sunday check-in and checkout. All pets must be well-behaved and housebroken; cats are not allowed. Two pets are permitted, with up to two additional pets for $100 each plus tax per week. Early check-in is offered in limited quantities for an additional fee, subject to qualification. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027.
Getting there
Four Seasons South Access is the named beach access and is a stroll from the home. Duck's shops and restaurants are within strolling distance. The home spans three levels. Parking is limited to six vehicles. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.
