The third level contains a great room with a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a deck, a king ensuite bedroom and a half bathroom. The second level has four ensuite bedrooms, each with deck access, plus a shaded deck. The first level has a bedroom with a semi-private bathroom and a recreation room with foosball and a queen sleeper sofa. Outside are a gated private pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture, charcoal and gas grills, a basketball hoop and volleyball. Five beach chairs are provided. Indoor equipment includes multiple smart TVs, a wet bar, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows and blankets are provided. The kitchen includes cookware, dishes and utensils, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker and pod coffee maker. Streaming TV is marked as new for 2027. Four Seasons community facilities include indoor, outdoor and kiddie pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a recreation center, gym, game room, basketball courts, shuffleboard, playground, cornhole, trolley, soundside access, parking and beach access. The community indoor pool and clubhouse are nearby. Duck's shops and restaurants and the beach access are within strolling distance.
