The house

The architecturally designed home has floor-to-ceiling windows and glass bi-folding doors opening onto an outdoor area with seating, alfresco dining and a BBQ. A swimming pool, spa pool and sauna are available.

Inside are two separate lounge spaces, a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, underfloor heating and central heating. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hobs, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Bring your own Nespresso-compatible pods.

Two bedrooms each have a king-size bed and the third has a queen-size bed. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom; all three bathrooms have a basin, shower and toilet. There is a ground-floor bedroom. A washing machine, tumble dryer and hairdryer are provided.

Linen is included: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels, with pillows and duvets provided. Beds are made before arrival and stripped after departure.

Hagley Park is nine minutes away on foot, and Victoria Street’s cafés, bars and restaurants are a four-minute walk away. There are two off-street parking spaces.
