Before you book
House rules
The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Maximum occupancy is two; no additional persons are permitted. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Events are prohibited. Event-related reservations, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating groups require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage. In lieu of a security deposit, damage protection covers up to $25,000, subject to the booking agreement. Reservations require approval before confirmation.
Getting there
The beach is one block away on foot. Restaurants, bars and grocery stores are one mile away. Montauk Lighthouse is three miles away; Gosman's Dock, fishing docks and Long Island Sound are two miles away. Only one car per reservation is permitted. The property is not handicap accessible and is not suitable for multiple families, unrelated guests or children.
