The house

The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with a lift. Its combined living/sleeping area has a queen-size bed, a kitchenette and a table with stools. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. The balcony is shared with the next-door apartment.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a television are provided. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, boiler, microwave, fridge and freezer.

Syracuse railway station and the Interbus station serving the airports are 200 meters away. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is about 60 km away, and Comiso Pio La Torre Airport is 110 km away.

Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Late arrival and departure are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional €20–€40 charge. Tourist tax may be payable before or upon arrival, according to local regulations. Contact the local team before travelling with pets.
