The fourth-floor apartment has lift access and accommodates up to eight guests. The entrance opens into a bright living area with a 1960s marble floor, a dining room and a sitting room with two double sofa beds in bold colors.

The separate, equipped kitchen has a snack table with stools, a moka coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer.

There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds. Both have a desk and leather armchair. Two bathrooms have showers, and a hairdryer is provided. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and television are available.

Bologna's central train station is around 1 km away, and the airport is 20 minutes away by car.

Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The arrival window begins at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00.
