The surrounding sun deck is approximately 100 square meters and has sun loungers and umbrellas. Open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.

The villa is just outside Ugento. Torre San Giovanni beaches are less than a 10-minute drive away and are 6 km from the property. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. Ugento is 3 km away. The property has five uncovered parking spaces.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are permitted subject to the stated additional cleaning charge. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
