Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. A cot is available on request for 35€ per stay. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Online ID registration, a signed digital rental agreement and tourist-tax payment are required before access is provided. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40.

The building has no elevator. Venice Santa Lucia train station is 2.3 km away.
