The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday of October.

The property is on a hill around San Miniato. Access includes 200 m of unpaved road. Marina di Pisa is 50 km away. The San Miniato exit of the FI-PI-LI highway is about 7 km away, and San Miniato services are about 4 km away.

This is a private structure available for lease only. The property is fenced. Small and medium-sized pets are allowed. The caretaker lives in a separate ground-floor apartment with a private entrance and handles garden and pool maintenance.
