The property is rented exclusively, so no other guests are present on site. Small and medium-sized pets are allowed. The property is fenced. The caretaker lives in a separate ground-floor apartment with a private entrance and handles garden and pool maintenance.

San Miniato is about 4 km away, the San Miniato highway exit is about 7 km away, and Marina di Pisa is 50 km away. The pool is reached across the lawn by a small path. Six uncovered parking spaces are available.
