It has salt purification, LED lighting and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday of October.

The property is on a hill around San Miniato. The access includes 200 m of unpaved road. San Miniato is about 4 km away, the San Miniato highway exit is about 7 km away, and Marina di Pisa is 50 km away. The pool is reached across the lawn by a small path. Six uncovered parking spaces are available.
