Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard check-in ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from €20 to €40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor without a lift. It is within the ZTL limited traffic zone; leaving the car in nearby parking facilities and exploring on foot is recommended. Bologna railway station is 3 km away and Bologna Airport is 10 km away.
