The L-shaped infinity pool is on the lower terracing, about 20 metres from the villa, reached by travertine steps. It measures 14 x 10 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres, has salt purification, lighting and large access steps, and is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. The pool area has teak sun loungers, an umbrella and an outdoor hot-and-cold-water shower. The adjacent annex has two bathrooms with shower and a bar area.

The property is in Montefiore dell'Aso. Cupra Marittima is 9 km away, Grottammare Alta is 14 km away, the A14 motorway exit at Pedaso is about 17 km away, and shops and services in Montefiore dell'Aso are 6 km away. The access roads are paved up to the entrance. The pool is reached by a flight of travertine steps, and the annex is reached by steps inside the park.
