The house

Il Calaprico stands within more than 13,000 square meters of land bounded by dry-stone walls, with centuries-old olive trees and several varieties of fruit trees. The grounds run along the upper bed of the Lamasanta, a karst stream descending from the Ostuni hinterland toward the sea. Walks and mountain-bike excursions can start from Calaprico along this landscape.

The trullo has a living area with an open kitchen, dining table and chairs, two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a queen-size bed convertible into two single beds; the other has a French-size double bed. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, boiler, dishwasher and fridge. Wi-Fi, an iron and a hairdryer are provided.

A large outdoor area has a table, chairs and deck chairs with sea views. The accommodation occupies an elevated position halfway between the town and the sea. The owner's separate villa is on the same land.
