The property is available for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers; unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted. Pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals.
Getting there
The property is in Farra di Soligo, among the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Soligo is 200 m away and a supermarket is 50 m away. Treviso is about 30 minutes away by car. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. The property is spread over several levels and the villa has three floors connected by internal staircases. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The outdoor parking area accommodates up to three cars and the garage accommodates up to seven cars.
