In the heart of the rural borgo of San Vicino, in Macerata Feltria, stands a farmhouse in authentic Marche style, once an old manor house and now a welcoming home for those seeking a stay immersed in the tranquillity of the hills. Recently renovated with great care, the villa retains the rustic charm of its origins: restored terracotta floors, original doors and exposed wooden beams recreate the warm and authentic atmosphere of the houses of the past.
The true gem is the splendid panoramic veranda, a privileged place from which to admire breathtaking sunsets that paint the landscape with ever-changing colours. The villa also enjoys an ideal location for reaching historic towns and cities of art such as Urbino, San Leo, Pennabilli and the Republic of San Marino, as well as the Terme (thermal baths) of Monte Grimano and the Adriatic Riviera with Rimini, offering tranquillity and numerous possibilities for day trips.
