Pets are allowed up to medium size. The property is not fenced. Heating is charged according to consumption. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
Getting there
The villa is in the hills above Noto. Access is via a 150 m unpaved driveway. Noto is 13 km away, Lido di Noto is 17 km away, Spiaggia di Calamosche in Vendicari is 20 km away, and the Vendicari Nature Reserve is 25 km away. The beaches and nearby towns are reached by car according to the listed distances.
