French windows lead to the garden and outdoor dining terrace. The grounds include a wood-burning oven, built-in barbecue, outdoor seating and a swimming pool with panoramic views.

It has chlorine purification, a partly lawned and partly paved solarium with sunbeds and umbrellas, and lighting. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The villa is 1 km from Acquaviva Picena. The nearest beaches at Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto are within a 10–15 minute drive; the listed distances are 8 km and 9 km respectively. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The loft is accessed by ladder and the pool by a five-step staircase.

This is a private structure for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Large dogs are not allowed. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
