The villa is near Collazzone in the Umbrian hills. Perugia and Todi are each reachable in less than 30 minutes by car. Shops, restaurants and essential services are available in Ripabianca and Collazzone; Ripabianca is 4 km away. Access is paved up to the gate, followed by a gravel driveway. Two uncovered parking spaces are available inside the property.

The property is available for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are permitted, with mandatory extra cleaning. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
