House rules
Children are welcome. Pets and smoking are not permitted. Weddings, wedding receptions and other events are not permitted. A security-deposit pre-authorization of $1200 is held one day before arrival and voided seven days after departure. Payment schedule: 50% is due at reservation and the remainder 90 days before arrival. Paid prepayments are 100% refundable when canceled at least 90 days before arrival and nonrefundable after that.
Getting there
The beach and tidepools below the home are accessed by a natural ravine trail; use appropriate caution. The main Dillon Beach public access is a short walk away. Bedrooms 2–7 are downstairs. Parking is limited to five small cars.
