The house

The home accommodates up to 12 guests and has five bedrooms, seven beds, four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Tall ceilings, arched windows and large windows bring natural light into the interiors. The living room has a spacious sectional and fireplace. A fully equipped main kitchen is complemented by a smaller preparation area and breakfast nook.

The landscaped backyard has a large private, unheated pool, sunbeds, outdoor dining, several patio lounge spaces, a firepit lounge, an outdoor kitchen with a grill, and cornhole. A brick wall surrounds the backyard, with desert mountains forming the backdrop. An additional patio overlooks the pool. There is no hot tub.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, fireplace and ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a king bed and shared bathroom access. Bedroom 4 has two queen beds and an ensuite, while Bedroom 5 has two twin single beds and an ensuite. Bedrooms include linens, towels, pillows and comforters. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are available on request for additional sleeping arrangements.

Facilities include air conditioning, heating, TV, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace and a washer/dryer. Free private parking accommodates two cars in the garage and three in the driveway. The home is near Old Town Scottsdale, golf courses, natural areas and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
