The house

Diamond Head Villa accommodates up to six guests. Open-plan living and dining areas feature contemporary furnishings, artwork, floor-to-ceiling glass doors and ocean views. The kitchen has professional-grade appliances, an island with bar seating, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, rice cooker, ice machine and wine fridge. An outdoor bar and barbecue area provide additional dining facilities.

The primary bedroom has a California king bed, an ensuite bathroom, central air conditioning, a ceiling fan and an ocean-view balcony. Guest Bedroom 2 has a California king bed, an ensuite bathroom, central air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Guest Bedroom 3 occupies the den above the garage and has two Twin XL-over-Queen bunk beds, an ensuite bathroom, central air conditioning and a ceiling fan. A fourth full guest bathroom is also available.

The private heated pool terrace has sun loungers and shaded seating beneath a wood pergola, alongside a Jacuzzi lounge. A backyard gate leads directly to the beach. Outdoor facilities include a private yard, outdoor shower, seating, beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and a cooler. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

The gated home has free private driveway parking, central air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a sound system, smart television and satellite or cable television. Safety equipment includes a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, outdoor lighting and security cameras.

Waikiki is a five-minute drive away, and Honolulu International Airport is a twenty-minute drive away. Nearby attractions include Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium and Diamond Head Crater hikes; Safeway and Whole Foods are within minutes. The property is offered exclusively to the renter for a full thirty-day period, with inquiries required.
