The house

The estate accommodates up to 11 guests, with four bedrooms in the main house, a separate pool-house bedroom with its own entrance and kitchenette, and an additional sleeping area in the media room. The primary bedroom has balcony access. All bedrooms have garden views and blackout drapes; the primary bedroom and Guest Bedrooms 4 and 5 have space for a crib or Pack and Play. Guest Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a Jack-and-Jill ensuite. The media room has a kitchenette and a half bathroom just outside in the hall.

Accordion doors connect the open living and dining areas to the covered lanai. The main kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, coffee maker, grinder, kettle, blender and toaster appliances. A BBQ is also available.

A private swimming pool is surrounded by tropical greenery, with shaded lounging and outdoor dining on the lanai. The second-story balcony has ocean views. Outdoor facilities include a garden, private yard, seating and an outdoor shower. Beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and boogie boards are provided.

All bedrooms and the media room have split air conditioning and Samsung flatscreen televisions. The kitchen, dining area and main living spaces rely on natural breezes and are not air conditioned. Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and free private driveway parking are available. Beach access is a one-minute walk away; Waikiki and Kahala are a short drive away. A car is recommended.

Monthly rentals only; the full monthly charge applies regardless of the number of nights stayed. Children are welcome, and pets are considered.
