The house

The main residence has 14-foot ceilings, large windows overlooking tropical landscaping, and an open-concept great room connecting the dining area and covered lanai. Nearly 4,900 square feet of indoor living space is complemented by indoor-outdoor gathering areas and a detached guest house of approximately 960 square feet with its own living room and office.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, while two main-house guest bedrooms each have a queen bed. These bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, garden views, central air conditioning and ceiling fans. The detached guest-house bedroom has a dedicated ensuite bathroom, central air conditioning, a ceiling fan and blackout drapes.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, blender, wine fridge and other preparation appliances. A barbecue is available. A washer, dryer, linens, iron and hair dryer are provided.

Outdoor facilities include a private pool, hot tub, cold plunge, covered lanais, fire pit, garden, private yard, outdoor seating and outdoor shower. Recreation facilities include a home gym, private sauna, unofficial pickleball court, ping pong and shuffleboard. Beach towels, chairs and an umbrella are provided.

Central air conditioning serves the property throughout. Wi-Fi, smart television, a Sonos audio system and printer/scanner/fax equipment are available. There are two electric vehicle charging stations, solar panels and battery backup. Exterior cameras monitor the property perimeter only, with no cameras inside the home or private yard areas.
