The residence has 7,324 square feet of interiors. Glass walls frame Pacific views in the great room, with multiple seating areas, high ceilings and a floating glass-railed staircase. The dining area connects to the kitchen and lanai. The kitchen includes professional-grade appliances, marble island countertops, custom cabinetry and a butler’s pantry for storage and preparation.

Each of the five bedrooms has a king bed, central air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. The primary suite has ocean and garden views, a ceiling fan and a steam shower.

Outside are a private heated infinity-edge pool, spa, landscaped garden, private yard, outdoor shower and a lounge with a full outdoor kitchen, dining area and seating. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards are provided, with surfboard and outrigger storage near the sand.

Additional spaces include a home office, library, game room with a pool table and glass-enclosed wine closet. The home has an elevator, whole-home automation, audio throughout, smart television, a security system and security cameras. A washer, dryer, garage and free parking are available.

Waikiki dining and nightlife are within walking reach; Diamond Head crater offers hiking nearby. Cromwell’s surf break is just offshore, and Ala Moana shopping is a short drive away.
