The recently updated yard has a saltwater pool and spa, umbrellas, loungers, new lighting, turf and a covered furnished patio for dining and socializing. Double-fairway views of the private Weiskopf golf course are visible from the dining area, living room, primary bedroom and backyard. The full kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances and a breakfast bar. A dining table can be used for meals and provided board games. The living room has a large sofa, wet bar and cable/Roku TV. The three bedrooms have one king, one queen and two double beds respectively; three bathrooms each list a toilet and shower.
