This 2,501-square-foot home is in the Legends residential division of PGA West, with a separate casita and entrance. The recently updated yard has a saltwater pool and spa, umbrellas, loungers, new lighting, turf and a covered furnished patio for dining and socializing. Double-fairway views of the private Weiskopf golf course are visible from the dining area, living room, primary bedroom and backyard. The full kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances and a breakfast bar. A dining table can be used for meals and provided board games. The living room has a large sofa, wet bar and cable/Roku TV. The three bedrooms have one king, one queen and two double beds respectively; three bathrooms each list a toilet and shower. Linens, sheets, towels, shampoo, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and a vacuum are provided. The operator offers 24/7 guest support.

The stacked oven’s broiler setting is not working; the other settings work. The home has no mailbox and cannot receive correspondence. La Quinta Resort offers spa treatments, and El Paseo shopping in Palm Desert is reached via Highway 111. Joshua Tree National Park is 34 miles away. Views of the private Weiskopf course do not establish golf access.

The primary renter must be at least 25 and provide proof of age. Up to two pets are allowed. Outdoor music is prohibited; indoor music must not be audible outside or at the property line. People noise must be moderate and reasonable during the stated daytime hours of 10:00–22:00. The home cannot receive mail. Optional pool/spa heating costs $100 per night and can be added after booking. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout by 10:00; different times may be requested, subject to availability.
