Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not permitted. Groups of young people aged up to 18 are not accepted. Do not use domestic sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station instead. Bed linen and towels are not included. Optional charges per booking: kitchen towels 2.00 €, a towel set containing one small and one large towel 7.00 €, double-bed linen 18.00 €, single-bed linen 14.00 €, bath mat 3.00 €, and end-of-stay cleaning 75.00 €. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the whole stay, without replacement; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. The mandatory hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the booking and requires supporting documentation. A refundable deposit of 800.00 € per booking is secured by card preauthorization with the final payment. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure before 10:00. Contact the agency one week before arrival to arrange keys. Low-season arrival and departure times may be flexible by agreement.

Fogéo sandy beach and its sailing club are 300 m away. Port du Crouesty is 50 m away, and walks around Petit Mont begin at the residence. The Miramar thalassotherapy centre is a five-minute walk away. Kerjouanno sandy beach is 2 km away. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The main bedroom is upstairs. Proxi supermarket is 450 m away, Transat Café 500 m and Le Cap Horn 600 m. Super U is listed as 1.8–2 km away, and Bluegreen Rhuys Kerver golf as 6–6.1 km; confirm routes. Bretagne Atlantique hospital is 35.3 km away. The distance table labels Crouesty as a pebble beach 50 m away, while the description identifies the port at that distance.
