Det Lille Hotel has nine double rooms in Tollboden and apartment suites in historic buildings in Risør. The apartment suites have complete kitchens. Restaurant Tollboden 1865 is in Tollboden. The hotel is spread across buildings in Risør and Buvika.

Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel suites and rooms. An NOK 5,000 charge applies for indoor smoking. Smoking is allowed on the suite's own outdoor area; dispose of cigarette butts by putting them in water and do not leave them on the ground. Events in suites must be agreed with the hotel before arrival.

## What are the check-in and check-out times?
From 16 August through 14 June, check-in is at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00. From 15 June through 15 August, check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 11:00. Early check-in from 13:00 costs NOK 200 on request on arrival day. Late check-out costs NOK 450 on request and subject to availability. On Sundays from September through May, late check-out until 18:00 may be available.

## Where is reception?
Reception is at Tollboden, Strandgata 10. It is staffed daily from 10:00 to 18:00 in high season; arrangements can be made for arrivals outside normal opening hours.

## Is parking available?
A limited number of hotel parking spaces are available for NOK 150 per day and must be reserved in advance. If these are unavailable, public parking at Tjenna is 500 m away.

## Are pets allowed?
Dogs and other pets are permitted in Risørsuiten, Dampskip Suite and Colin Archer Suite, but not in other rooms and suites. Contact the hotel about guide dogs.

## Is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served at the waterfront at Tollboden, Strandgata 10. Monday to Friday it is served 07:00–10:00, except during the summer period 20 June–9 August when it is served 08:00–11:00. Saturdays and Sundays it is served 08:00–11:00 year-round.

## Can the hotel accommodate accessibility needs?
Colin Archer Suite is partially adapted for wheelchair users, with a ramp to the entrance and terrace, a wide bathroom entrance, an accessible toilet and a high bed. Morgengry in Tollboden is adapted for wheelchair users. Tollboden has an elevator and automatic door openers.

## Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary preferences?
Contact the hotel before arrival about allergies or intolerances. Gluten-free bread and lactose-free milk are available at breakfast, and vegetarian and vegan options can be arranged on request.

## When is the restaurant open?
Restaurant Tollboden 1865 serves a seasonal à la carte menu and is open from May through September.
