The house

The apartment is on the third floor of a building with an elevator. Its grey-and-white furnishings include design pieces by Febal and Kartell. The large living room has an L-shaped sofa, television and dining table with four chairs, and there is a balcony. Two spacious double bedrooms provide two queen-size beds in total, and both bathrooms have shower stalls.

The equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and moka coffee maker. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer are available.

Corso Italia and the nightlife area are a short walk away. Ognina seafront is 900 meters away and reachable on foot. The Department of Business and Economics of Catania University is 500 meters away. Italia and Galatea metro stops are a few minutes away on foot, and Via Etnea is 1.5 km away and reachable on foot. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is approximately 8 km away, about a 15-minute drive. A bus from Catania Central Station reaches the airport in approximately 20 minutes.

A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance.
