## About the house

Designed by architect Jim Jennings, this steel-and-concrete home offers over 2,100 square feet of living space for up to six guests. A pergola shades the front patio, and the outdoor spaces include a built-in firepit, outdoor kitchen, private heated pool and sitting spa. Clerestory panels and sliding glass doors connect the great room with the surrounding landscape.

The living area has a sofa, chaise, Knoll Tugendhat armchair and 65-inch TV. The kitchen includes Bosch appliances, a refrigerator and five-burner stovetop, with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and cooking essentials. The dining table seats six, with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. A washer and dryer, bed linens, towels and starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials are provided.

Two guest bedrooms each have a king bed, outdoor access and a shared bathroom with a shower. The primary bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with a shower and a 55-inch TV; sliding glass doors lead to a soaking tub and shower screened by shrubbery.

On-site parking accommodates up to four vehicles. Downtown Palm Springs offers restaurants, shopping and nightlife, and Joshua Tree National Park is one hour away.

Maximum overnight occupancy is six. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, and the reservation holder must be present throughout the stay. Guests aged 25 or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Full guest names and vehicle license plate numbers must be supplied before arrival to meet Palm Springs requirements. Bookings within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions require confirmation with the Guest Experience team. Date-dependent minimum stays range from three to seven nights. The property is designated event friendly.
