The house

The home accommodates up to eight guests and has three bathrooms. The enclosed yard includes a private pool with a tanning shelf, an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and sink, multiple seating areas, a covered patio, pergola dining and a firepit. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area includes stainless steel appliances, a center island, coffee bar, dining table, sectional, TV and gas fireplace. The game room has a Ping-Pong table, PacMan arcade game, foosball table, TV and wet bar with a beverage fridge. Each bedroom has a TV, and the primary bedroom has a king mattress.
