Desert Retreat is a 2,250-square-foot house in Indian Wells with mountain views, a front courtyard and two indoor sitting areas. A three-sided stone gas fireplace divides the open space; the living room has a white leather sofa and a 60-inch TV. The open kitchen has full-size appliances, an island with three stools, a dining table overlooking the patio and pool, and a nearby reading area with two armchairs. A laundry room has a stacked washer and dryer. The primary suite has a walk-in closet, memory-foam king bed, backyard doors and an ensuite with double sinks, a walk-in shower and a deep soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and side-yard access. Bedroom 3 has two single beds and patio doors. The second bathroom connects to Bedroom 3, has double sinks and a tiled shower, and opens to the outdoor shower. Outdoors are a lounge area, a dining table for six, deck, loungers, chairs and a pool ranging from 3 to 7 feet deep. Linens, towels, shampoo, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and a vacuum are provided.
